2. Who we are

Inspired Farming is the public-facing name of Community Farming Association Ltd. We are a community-focused nonprofit organisation supporting families, children, schools, childcare centres, volunteers, and local communities through farming, fresh produce, education, partnerships, and community care.

In these Terms, “Inspired Farming”, “we”, “our”, and “us” refers to Inspired Farming and Community Farming Association Ltd.

3. Use of our website

You may use our website for lawful, respectful, and appropriate purposes only. You agree not to misuse the website or interfere with its security, performance, content, forms, or functionality.

You must not use our website to submit false information, harmful content, spam, offensive material, misleading requests, or anything that may damage Inspired Farming, our community, our partners, or other users.

4. Website content

The information on this website is provided for general information, community engagement, program awareness, donation enquiries, volunteering enquiries, and contact purposes.

We aim to keep information accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that every page, program detail, date, description, availability statement, or resource will always be complete, current, or error-free.

5. Program availability

Inspired Farming programs, food support, produce distribution, volunteering opportunities, farm visits, workshops, events, and partnerships may depend on season, funding, donations, volunteer capacity, weather, safety requirements, location, and community demand.

We may change, pause, limit, reschedule, or cancel programs or services at any time where necessary.

6. Food support and community support

Any food support or community support provided by Inspired Farming is subject to availability, eligibility considerations, location, resources, volunteer capacity, and operational requirements.

Submitting a request does not guarantee that support can be provided. We will review enquiries and respond where possible.

Inspired Farming is not an emergency service. If you are in immediate danger or urgent crisis, please contact emergency services or an appropriate crisis support provider.

7. Farm visits, events, and activities

Farm visits, community events, workshops, school activities, childcare activities, and volunteer activities may require prior approval, booking, supervision, safety instructions, and compliance with site rules.

Visitors and participants must behave safely, respectfully, and responsibly. We may refuse entry, remove a participant, or cancel attendance where behaviour creates risk, disruption, or concern.

8. Volunteers

Volunteer participation is subject to suitability, availability, safety requirements, role requirements, screening requirements, and our operational needs.

Volunteers may be asked to follow safety instructions, complete forms, provide relevant information, attend training or induction, and comply with reasonable directions from Inspired Farming.

We may accept, decline, pause, or end a volunteer arrangement where necessary for safety, safeguarding, suitability, capacity, conduct, or operational reasons.

9. Children and young people

Where children or young people participate in programs, visits, events, or activities, appropriate supervision and consent may be required from a parent, guardian, school, childcare centre, or authorised representative.

Children and young people must follow safety instructions and remain under appropriate supervision during activities.

10. Schools, childcare centres, organisations, and partners

Schools, childcare centres, churches, businesses, community groups, councils, sponsors, donors, and other organisations may contact us about partnerships, programs, sponsorships, food support, or community activities.

Any partnership or program arrangement may require separate written agreement, approval, schedule, safety requirements, funding arrangements, branding approval, and operational planning.

11. Donations and sponsorships

Donations, sponsorships, grants, gifts, and contributions help support Inspired Farming’s community work. Donation and sponsorship opportunities may change depending on current needs, campaigns, programs, and operational priorities.

Unless we confirm otherwise in writing, donations and sponsorships are received to support our charitable and community purposes generally, and may be used where most needed.

12. Tax-deductible donations

Not all donations are tax-deductible. A donation is generally only tax-deductible where the recipient is endorsed as a Deductible Gift Recipient and the donation meets the relevant requirements.

Do not assume that a donation to Inspired Farming is tax-deductible unless we have clearly confirmed DGR status and issued an appropriate tax-deductible receipt.

13. Donation refunds

Donation refunds are considered case by case. We may consider a refund where there has been a genuine error, duplicate transaction, unauthorised payment, or other reasonable concern.

If you believe a donation was made in error, please contact us as soon as possible with your name, date of donation, amount, transaction reference, and reason for the request.

14. Payments and third-party providers

If payments or donations are processed through a third-party payment provider, that provider may have its own terms, privacy policy, fees, processing times, refund process, and security practices.

We are not responsible for third-party payment platform interruptions, errors, delays, fees, or platform policies, except where required by law.

15. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, remedy, or protection that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law or other applicable laws.

Where the law allows us to limit liability, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

16. Accuracy of information you provide

When you submit a form, request support, apply to volunteer, make a donation enquiry, or contact Inspired Farming, you agree to provide information that is accurate, complete, and not misleading.

If your details or circumstances change, please contact us so we can update our records where appropriate.

17. Photos, videos, stories, and testimonials

We may use photos, videos, testimonials, or community stories to share impact, thank supporters, promote programs, and communicate with the public.

We will seek permission before publishing identifiable images, names, stories, or testimonials, especially where children, families, support recipients, or vulnerable people are involved.

You may contact us if you previously gave permission and would like future use to stop. We will take reasonable steps to remove or stop using the content where practical.
